Default H Brace??

Hey guys, so next on my list is the H Brace..

I have a couple in mind. But i'm not set on anything yet. I'm just wondering if any of you guys have any preferences on which H Brace i should buy. My two are between NRG, and Megan. But i have more research to do. So, I'm just wondering about which one you guys would prefer. Thanks!!

I'm assuming you meant Megan as in Megan Racing? Both companies make quality products i would go with the least expensive, it's like a strut bar they all do the same thing regardless of the name on the label.

haha, yeh. i was in a rush writing it but, but thanks, i edited it. Umm, yeh i think i'm just going to ebay this one. Like you said, it does the same thing, it's just a bar. And it'll get banged up from all the scrapage. Thanks man

That's the worst advice I've heard. Megan Racing fitment, quality, etc.. are pure **** for the H-Brace. The NRG H-brace (which I own) has far better quality, excellent fitment, and is incredibly light weight. Go to modacar.com and you can get it for $79 shipped. That's the way to go, NOT EBAYYYY!!!!!!!

Strut bars do not do the same thing, regardless of the label. The Carbing is a welded solid mount one. The Megan Racing struts are adjustable, and shitty (I own them, I can comment).

I had one too... It's shitty too! Those heim welds negate any sort of advantage those struts would give you. You mine as well as throw your money away

The reason why i wanna go ebay is because it's going to get scratched up anyways. I was leaning more towards NRG as well. But if there is only a $20 difference, then i'd rather go NRG. Thanks

I've owned my NRG H-brace and I haven't gotten any scraps on it, with a 2.5" drop on a full skunk2 suspension setup. I've DD it for about 1.5 mos.

I also vote for the NRG H brace. It bolts right on with no problems. I've had mine on for a couple of months now and still straight as an arrow.

PM DRFlickner on this board. I got mine from him and he probably could hook you up with a good deal!

NRG all the way. that with swaybar bushings being upgraded to ES poly made my car feel 10x better up front
