Default JDM Front end, Hazards work, BLINKERS dont HELP!!

i have searched this already, and it seems that most of the usefull info came from this section of H-T so i thought i would ask...

I bought my integra with the front end conversion already done...the headlight wiring was a mess, BUT everything worked....so i was doing a motor build, put everything back together, rewired the headlights nicely......everything works, low beams, high beams, fogs, city lights, sidemarkers...hazards work....but NO turn signals...

i have read that it may be a blinker relay BUT wouldnt my hazards not work as well?? i have tried many different wiring configs and just cant seem to get the blinkers to function.....they worked before, but not now????

im stumped, looking for any ideas or suggestions!
Thanks...

yea fuses are good, i have checked the grounds, unless there is one that i havent found yet, those are good as well...

if it was a ground issue, wouldnt the hazards not function as well? i know the actual light is working because of the hazards...

yea i know its simple thats why im sooo stumped....i just have the green wire (i believe its the green w/black stripe) and ground wired to the bulb itself. the other green wire is constant and thats what i have my side marker lights wired to.

does that sound right to everyone? i have tried a couple different configs and nothing seems to make sense.

could this really be a relay issue?

after i sold my old car with the jdm front, the new owner had a problem with certain lights working and certain ones not.

it ended up being a wire in the fender, the outside plastic of the wire wore thorugh and was making connection with a metal part of the fender.

i thought about the combo switch (if thats what your refering too) but wouldnt my headlights not work as well if the combo switch was bad? i have no experience with a bad combo switch so im shooting in the dark there...

well i just did a wire tuck and all my wires are pretty insulated where they pass into the frame....but again...the hazards work so i know the lights are getting juice...THATS whats got me so confused...

is the hazard light, "curcuit" seperate from the blinkers?

Its one of the fuses under the dash....had the same problem before also. the fuse itself is not blown, but it is bad...i bet you accidently tapped two of the wire together like i did.

ok well it WAS a fuse.

BUT it was a fuse that wasnt on the little card that tells you what was what...it was a fuse in a little white plastic plug that is attached to the side of the fuse box under the dash.

i was under there listening to the flasher relay (which is also the blinker relay, i was a bit confused on that from some of the threads i have read) and i decided to pull every fuse that i saw in hopes to find a blown one...it was the only fuse that i had never checked before, because i didnt know what it was for....it was blown (10 amp btw) replaced it...bam. blinkers work.

hope this helps someone else out in the future...

thanks for the insight guys!
