Default Manifold Vs. ITB

For an all motor 2.0 B-series which is better for the biggest hp adder. A manifold (type R, victor x ect.) with a port match throttle body and an intake or a set of ITB's from TWM?

If this helps the set up is:
B20B with a set of 11.5:1cp pistons with ARP rob bolts
The head is a B16 with Ferra valve train and looking to go with a 268 cam mild P&P and a 3 angle vavle job

i would stick with a ported head, port matched manifold, larger throttle body. twm's arent ase good as u would think. i wouldnt waste my time with them. itb's are a lil expensive imo for a street application. i wouldnt go itb.

I'm willing to bet you say this simply to jump on the bandwagon. You read it on H-T that TWM's suck terribly, so it must serve true for everyone, right?

When you personally do testing to prove your statements, then maybe someone will listen to you.

being that i have had 3 all motor setups 2 of which were like the one the op is running and i used twm's on that setup and made less whp at top end and made a minimal gain of 5whp midrange. and personally $2000+ is not worth 5whp midrange. band wagon or not I dont like them. i saw more of a gain on a mild street setup using a skunk2 port matched mani and 68mm tb. now itb's were really good for both top end and midrange on my 13:1 comp ratio 2.2L gsr with a b16 head. but for street definitly not worth it.

and i dont care whether or not YOU feel like listening to me. i dont remember asking you a damn thing. so maybe you should not post in the thread unless YOU HAVE SOMETHING RELEVANT TO SAY. i dont post here to have people like you who think they know everything criticize my opinions on things.

They aren't $2,000+, for one.

Two, where is the dyno comparison of the IM vs the ITB's?

13:1, 2.2 GSR, huh? That's cool. Post some pictures, dude. Or some timeslips.
