Honestly doesn't sound like a bearing to me. Its real hard to tell from the sound in the video, but I would first think exhaust side of the head by the sound. Use a screw driver with your ear on the end and touch various areas on the head to see if you can pinpoint the sound. Typically a spun bearing or excessive bearing clearance is more of a lower toned sound. Yours also seems to go away with some RPM. OF course as oil pressure builds it could also dampen the sound of bearing that was just outside the limits of its clearance.

 

Check your timing belt. It would have stripped a few of the teeth and it could be jumping. Its happened once to me.

 

ya it only does it around 2500 to 3500 then i cant hear it the timing belt is new and the tension is good and it doesnt sound like belt flap. i just had 8 valve replased and i have put 270 on the car since the head has been on then when i heard the noise it stayed parked

If you think it is coming from the head take the valve cover off and check for anything that looks out of place. I was told by someon I trust that a bearing was out. When I opened my valve cover a nut had come off inside there and was sitting down in there, damn lucky.
I just replaced it and torqued it to spec. Follow the manual instuctions if that is what it is in order to do it right. Happened to another guy I know also.

seriously, do the screw driver trick. It's like a stethoscope and you can pinpoint where the noise is coming from. A LONG extension also works really well. Quit being so lazy! lol

People need to learn WHY things fail and then also learn the proper use for loctite. This whole damn site wants to loctite every bolt/nut under the sun. The nut cam off your adjuster because someone DID NOT TORQUE IT TO THE PROPER SPEC. Not because it vibrated loose. If this happens to anyone else, please avoid loctiting the adjuster nuts. The last thing I want to work on is a car that I can't get the damn adjuster loose on because someone felt the need to loctite it...
