I think dead mounts do that.

oh man, you should have read the h22 Ek swap posts. in mine i said DO NOT buy hasport axles with Avid mounts.
You cant use hasport in combination with any other brand mounts. and dont bother trying to return them, they will tell you to get bent.
this is why i hate hasport, no where on there web does it say you have to use there axles and mounts in combination, yet over the phone they will say you have too. and becuse you already tried them they will not return them.
I sugggest getting the cheap ebay ericdohc axles. they fit well. they hold up well too. ive been beating on mine for over a year now. at the track every weekend.

thanks for the help guys!!!! i guess i do have 2 get hasport mounts then. ive token the car to a mechanic shop and they said that the vibration was cuming from the driver side axle. anybody wants brand new avid mounts? lol
Hey guys seem to have the same problem only that I get a vibration at all speeds. My mounts are ok and I have tried different axles including the hasports and the ericdoc from ebay. I put the vehicle on jack stands and put the car on gear and the driver side tire moves up and down at a constant rate and the axle make a knocking sound where it connects to the intermediate shaft. Any ideas what it could be. This is all started after a hasport axle broke and when I installed the replacement axle this started. Since then I have tried all I know but no results. Please help, no fun having my car just sitting on my garage.
had same problem broke hasport axle...etc I'm thinking some how my intermediate shaft fucked up so im swaping it for a NeW one an see what happens

Good idea, There's a good chance the half shaft is causing the issue.

I would go with the hasport mounts...i believe i've had them for 3 years now and never had a problem...i did break one of the hasport axles though so i wasn't too pleased with them...with the new mounts you will get a vibration but that should go away over time as the mounts break in...
ok so I swap the intermediate shaft for a new One and it still does the same thing I dont know what else could be the problem any info of what might be causing this?
