strange idle issue/misfiring on 2 cylinders.

Alright heres the issue- friends car 90-93 accord running a obd1 h22 swap- and a p13 ecu. The idle is very weak, and its not firing on 2 cylinders. When you pull off the spark wires, on those cylinders, it still sparks, but theres no difference in the sound of the motor. The plugs come out wet as well. So its got spark, and fuel, and im assuming air as well of course. Tried swapping the spark plugs but that didnt do anything. Any suggestions on what to try? ecu issue maybe? There is a vafc but im not too fluent in the workings of them
what about compression? do a dry and wet test. I would think that either the injector gave out, blown head gasket, or a burnt valve.

thanks for the input- if an injector gave out, wouldnt it not be spraying any fuel? I guess a leakdown test is the best idea-

yep the leak down test would be best, yet if one injector gave out then, yes it wouldn't spray fuel on that one cyl, yet that doesn't mean that the others would stop working.
