motor mount

Default motor mount
i was cleaning my engine and then i look at the motor mount on the driver side and im missing one screw so theres only one screw holding is this bad how long can i be like this without anything happening

Thats such an open ended question, what kind of motor is it? How much power does it have? Is it a daily driver or is it a car you beat on... i would say pretty much get another screw.
