Default Balancer shaft belt tension? I think it's too loose -pic inside-

2001 accord 4cyl MT

I put back my timing belt and balancer shaft belt together and 'auto' adjusted the tensionners. (i may replace them tomorrow if i got enough $$ if not in about 2 weeks)

The thing is that my timing belt was correctly tensioned, but my balancer shaft belt seems a bit loose... Here's pics to give you an idea.

here's how it looks like if i push on it with moderate pressure

I'll try messin around with it tomorrow see if i can get more tension out of it (this being if i cannot afford new parts..)

BTW, i cleaned everything, lubed the springs to make sure they operated at their best, and everything (timing marks) all align perfectly..

Any ideas?
thanks!

The balance shaft belt should be pretty loose. The amount of deflection you have seems about right.
