radiator cap leak bubble and upper hose blown
well ok this is on my moms car and im allittle stumped. car does NOT over heat. a few weeks ago the upper radiator hose blew, so i changed it out for her and when i started the car and let it warm up ect i noticed a fizzing sound coming from the cap with bubbles coming out of the cap. so i thought maybe the cap wasnt allowing the system to discharge pressure correctly so i swapped it out with a new oem cap. now today i change her oil for her and i notice the same fizzing and bubbling ..... does anyone have any idea whats going on??
theres a fizz candy lodged in the radiator.....jk under the radiator cap there should be a lil attachment on there . make sure it still has it. On my car I had sorta the same problem, and I went thru two of those Oem caps bak to bak til finally i got lucky i guess n that lil peice dint brake off.... Also check for cracks, maybe wana replace other hoses, um, thats my 2cents.
h thanks ill check ii .... im just wondering like i said if its fizzing bc the pressure is some built up .... would explain why the hose blew earlier as well
