this is on a 5th gen (92-95 civics) dunno if its any different on other models

figured i'd share for those who don't know.

arrow is showing you where to push the clip...you have to do it from the outter side (AHA!)


we just used a screw driver tip....

great info used to break them all the time before I figured out how they came off

 

At $2 each from the dealership, they add up. Good to know!

definetly not the same for a dc2, on dc2's i usually slide the molding towards the rear of the door and that saves the clips
