B18C4 Vtec Engine Harness Help
hi i have a b18c4 engine does anyone know the harness wiring codes or are they similar to any other b18c engine i checked and searched google even downloaded service manuals but no luck and am stuck with this engine now lolz also if i want to increse the rev limit how do i go about that any ideas ? forged pistons rods ? or valvetrains.
The B18C4 is the european Version of the Integra GSR motor (B18C1)
In europe this motor was available in the Civic 5 door and civic station wagon VTi.
If your harness is one of those crazy UK Models, good luck

You're kind of a disgrace to Honda's. There's more to life than the JDM bandwagon. Just because you've never heard of anything that comes out of Europe doesn't mean it's a lesser quality product or that it doesn't exist.
Here's some more JDM Eurotrash that you've never heard of:

Go to your Honda dealership and ask if they can order you the ETM (Electronic Troubleshooting Manual) for a ~1999 Civic Aerodeck 1.8VTi. It will have all the wire maps and harness diagrams.

ok thanks 4 that oh another thing is about how to get more rev i mean rev over the rev limiter which is 6500rpm on the d15z3 is there anyway to get it to hit 8000 or more ? i got the engine from one of my family friends he sells jap parts hes got 2 honda preludes 2.2 vtec engines with harnesses and ecu lolz btw am from the UK not the US lolz
The only way to safely allow a motor to rev higher is by upgrading the valvetrain (parts in the head). Such things as springs, retainers, valves, valve guides, cams, etc. After that, you need something that can bypass the factory revlimiter in your ECU, such as a modified ECU or piggyback system.
