Default F20b swap, 97 ex coupe, idle surge

ok, i searched and tried everything i can think of, now i am comin here for advice... iac is disabled, tps is calibrated correctly, no vacume leaks located etc etc. there is no fast idle valve on this tb. its a F20b which is almost identical to the H22. any help or advice is greatly appriciated.

tried a new TB that has all virgin sensors... still does this.????

thanks

got the same setup in my 97 ex, anyways i had the same issue when i first put the motor in, i took it to my local honda shop and they replaced the top half of the intake mani with one from an obd1 h22, runs perfect now! i think it has something to do wit the dual butterflies, and now its single so it all works out. i forget the reasoning they told me... hope this helps
