hello, I have a 1991 Honda civic and this is my problem. When the car is in idle it will star failing until turn off, my dad say is the fuel pump i just want your opinions

 

Could be the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) or the FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve). Those both are responsible for idling.

Use the search function though. You would be able to find all the info you need by searching. Don't you think this question has been asked before on a board as popular as this one?
