Default Idoling Problem

Everytime I turn on my car my idol would always go up and down up and down it would start about 1000rpm to about 2500rpm and it would never stop at all , so does anybody know what the hell this problem could be..

fast idle valve.

it costs less than $100 from honda i believe


most mechanics will say its the idle air control valve, but seeing as how your name has "Si" in it, im willing to bet you have the infamous h23 idling problem caused by the fast idle valve

yeah i took it to the shop and they said its my idle air control valve and my map sensor

well its prolly not the IACV...

its a possibility... but i doubt its the IACV
