Idle Surging... Already searched...
Allright heres the problem... I have a 94' Civic with a ITR swap... Last week right before my fuel pump gave out my car started having this problem. It began idling at about 1100rpm's when I first would start it up... But slowly after it warms up it starts flucuating between 600-900rpms. Yesterday I installed my new fuel pump and checked the pressure (which is where it supposed to be), but im still having this low/flucuating idle. I already searched and saw many posts about erratic idlling, but nothing like mine that came out of the blue. I am trying to see if anyone has any info on what I can check or do to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for any info!

check for vacuum leaks... sounds like that's probably the problem. If you cannot find a vacuum leak... then try cleaning your IAC (Intake Air Control Valve) and see if that does you any good.

i am not sure if those engines have a FITV but if it does and the FITV isnt working properly (say its closing but not sealing right) then it will have a slight vacuum leak and your idle will fluctuate.
mine does this, idle at 1500 when cold, which is normal, but when the temp comes up to normal and the FITV closes, it isnt closing all the way and makes me idle from 600 - 900 and its random when it does it.
if you have an FITV you can check this by taking off the intake tube and the LOWER hole in the TB put your finger over it, if you feel suction when the engine is up to normal temp then its not closing all the way.

first of all IAC is idle air control, and that could be most likely your problem you need to get the specs and check with a volt meter should fluctuate while reving. its a stepper sencor so just climb rapidly but in spurts, and the sam when falling, they can be cleaned but usually start again a week later.

Yea, I tried cleaning it as best as I could... Still having the problem, should I just go pick up a new IAC? Would the IAC just go out randomly without throwing any CEL's?

could be a mad bubble in the coolant.
try running the engine, let it get warm, then open the bleeder on the thermostat housing.
probably not, but could be.
