Adjusting my steering wheel without the lever?
I have a '93 Si, mostly stock and I want to raise my steering wheel. I can't really tell if it is adjustable and just missing the lever or if it is just a non-adjustable column. Guessing by the empty slot in the plastic cover around the column, I'd say it is adjustable. I wouldn't doubt that the previous owner broke off the lever somehow.
I was looking at the manual and the column and it looks like there are 2 tilt lockbolts that I could loosen to adjust it, but I wanted to ask on here before doing anything and potentially screwing things up. Here are a couple pics of the tilt lockbolts I'm talking about.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm... lol. I didn't really notice that when I looked at the column earlier. It could be the release but I'm not sure. I would go check it out, but it's too dark outside.
I tried messing with the spring and lever thing on the left side of the column, but I couldn't really do anything with it. I'm not sure exactly what that is.
