was wondering if anybody could post some good links consisting of how to install cams, springs, and retainers. the motor I will be installing them on is a h22. I've seen a couple of how to threads/links on here but I can't find any now, maybe I just overlooked.
I would take the head off and take it to a shop to have springs, retainers, and the valves installed.
They will do a nice 3-angle valve job and set the valve height.
Then you can put the head back on and install the new cam.
I think you should invest in a repair manual if you're going to undertake a valvetrain installation. It'll also prove useful for any future work you do on the car.

What the hell are you talking about?
PnP and Valve jobs cost money. He wants to do this himself.
I can send you a link off Team-Integra that shows you how to install the valvetrain. It's on a B18C1 but it should be a pretty good guideline for your installation.

Once you have the timing belt and cams off, take some nylon/other plastic cord and remove the spark plug for the cylinder you are working on, and stick it down in there, then turn it to TDC and let it smash into the head a little bit, make sure to leave some hanging up so it doesn't fall all the way in. This will keep the valves in place while you take the springs off.
If you have a magnet, take a piece of non magnetic metal and press the retainer down, and stick the magnet in there to catch the keepers, the let up slow, and see if the spring has let go, the pull up slowly and take the keepers and retainer with you. You can do that for every cylinder. If you think you might drop a keeper, stick cloth in the oil drainbacks so it doesn't end up in the pan. Done it 3 times myself without a problem.

I didn't say anything about a PnP.
A valve job is just extra power. Also he will be doing everything else himself.
