Default Type R OBD1?

I have heard that the OBD1 computers have more power than the OBD2. Is it worth getting the OBD1 for $185. Now that I have learned that getting the JUN ECU is pointless with out cams, which of these would I get the most power from. I am buying the Thermal exhaust regaurdless cause I hear its one of the better ones for the type R. However, should I try to get a v-tech controller or get a good pair of headers that are under $500? Which one would give me more power. Please name specific brands and price. Thanks!

Ok man. I will try to be nice.

1) It's not spelled V-TECH it's VTEC
2) you don't need a swap ECU's this early
3) get a header, do a search on the topic "header" in the itr forum and you will find lots of answers. I recommend getting a JDM header. JDM ITR, DC JDM
4) Get a vtech controller if you have access to a dyno.

Are you saying that you rather have people work as your servents and feed you info while you sit there? The answers are there.

instead of asking this and that , you should consider first what you want out of the car ! then you can go from there .

If you want power...simply just "power", might as well just go force induction. You'll save a lot of money that way. NA will cost you a lot of money.

If you're new to the R, I really recommend you get to know it first (not saying you heavn't)...I personally believe that R is not about power, but handeling.

Just my opinion tho.
