TimiNG on cIvic

i have a civc hatch with b17 block and b18 head i jus baught th head but how do i do the timing on it?? does the engine need to come out?? please help need to get it running

no just get a new water pump a b17 timing belt!!

put the cam up first the remove belt then put the 1 piston all the way up the put everything together!!
