civicsi888,
I have 16x7 38 offset on my 91 civic with 205/45/16. Rubs just a little in the rear, you should be fine with 205/40's

the width is 7 inch. i'm hoping to see some pics and see how they will look like.

hey my91tealhb! do you happen to have any pics of your set up? and if i may ask, why did you decide to run with 45 series tires instead of 40 series. btw, thanks for the info!

I went with 205/45's because the 40's look to thin for me. Plus I didn't want the harsh ride. I can e-mail you a picture pivately.

205/50/16 are no no unless you wanna flair your fenders... But 205/40/16 are nice and sexy. With suspension.

Edit: I have 2-2.5 inch drop with d2 full suspension with adjustable upper ball join in front. I'll try to get some pictures and send some.

+38, 16x7, 215/40/16, 2" drop, and DA rear trailing arms which are supposed to kick the wheels out a little more.

the rear required very minor rolling of the fenders. front no problem.

Your headlight look different. Are they blacked out?
