Using different width slicks on the came car?
I just picked up a pair of M/T ET Drag slicks for the low low price of free.
Only problem is, one is a 24.5/9-13 and one is a 24.5/8-13.
Can I still use them, or am I going to run into problems?

diff side width slicks. oh heeell no. Please dont do that.
Each slick has their own specifications when they are made. Just because it is only .5" difference doesnt mean its exactly that. Slick widths can vary out of the mold from the factory, circumferance can vary, etc.
Even with just a 1/2" width difference, it affects contact patch and how the car will react to the traction. As previously said, it can hook harder on one side and send you to the wall or the other car.
So to sum it up.... please dont use it.
With all the M&H tires that come from us or MandHtires.com, they are sized to match each other. John@MandH will actually measure each tire to make sure that each tire is matched. Even a 1/4 inch difference is noted and matched accordingly.
