Just buy an LS crank, LS specific Eagle rods, 84mm forged pistons, have the block sleeved, and have a machine shop assemble balanced everything. Expect about $800-$1,200 for sleeves and labor, $1,000 in bottom end components, and $500 for bottom end assembly/balancing.

You do know you're going to need to be sleeved for 2.0 liter? Right?

That is, unless you're planning on running an insane stroke (95mm or so), which would be dumb.

if you dont bore out your motor you can't get 2 L

more displacement = more power

B20B/Z cranks are identical to LS (B18A/B) cranks. Both have an 89mm stroke, compared to the GSR/ITR 87.2 stroke.

Take your car to a different shop.

Advantage to increasing the bore instead of the stroke, is that you keep the engine under squared in the traditional Honda fashion, which makes it rev happy and safer to do so.

Incorrect, the two basic factors that determine your displacement is the bore and stroke. You could keep your engine the stock 81mm bore, and along with a 95mm crank, you would have 1958cc displacement.

put stage 4 cams in, that will make up for the lack in displacement you want
