This article helped me when I did it. Its not really doable alone you need at least two pairs of hands.http://www.team-integra.net/se...D=494

Its all in the prepparation.

Many people experience problems with removing the rear lower shock bolt.

IMO,

I would purchase extra bolts and bushings. Since everything is out of the waymight as well replace some of these things since they are accessible.

it's really easy, just have patience tho, cuz somtimes you'll run into a "hard to get out bolt" and it will **** you off. But other than that it's cake. Make sure you get spring compressors. Air tools cut the time in half, but if your using hand tools, it may take you an 1 1/2. I'm a decent mechanic, and i've dropped many tegs and civics, and i can do it in a lil less than an hour with hand tools, and a lil shorter than that with air tools. Good luck.

I have done it a few times. Not really that difficult.
The first time I did it, it took me about 3- 3 1/2 hours to swap out the suspension on two DC's.

I disagree, I can't remember needing anyone's help. As far as my expierence goes, I think suspension is one of the easire things to do.

it's easy, just dont try to get that front lower fork bolt back on without a hammer. you'll be spending about 2 hrs trying

Are you getting shocks soon.

IMO, I would just wait till you get some shocks because when you go to install the shocks you will have to remove everything again and not only that but you'll need an alignment again which is more money down the drain.

im actually thinking about getting springs only for now. i have tokiko illumina adjustables on there now and they are about 2 years old. i dont really think there is anything wrong with them. the springs are eibach sportlines and they creek and squeak and everything else like all hell. so i figure if i change out the springs, they will stop squeaking...yes, no?

I am very new to working on cars myself but I just spent the day installing skunk2 coilovers, full camber and LCA. I would suggest doing all of this at the same time as everything is sitting there in your face and paying to have it all correct at one time cost less. The coilovers I installed were used and also make noise, should I have replaced the springs or can I get that to go away?

Very very easy. sometime the LCA bolt is a little harder to take off.

Make sure you got a breaker bar and spring retainer. I borrowed it from Autozone.

Its actually very easy. I removed and replaced the front struts and springs by myself. Only problem I had was when doing the rear suspension, one bolt got seized in the lca and wouldn't come out for nothing. Ended up needing a friend to help, but if it wasn't for that one bolt, i could have done the entire suspension by myself.

i did my suspension on my own for the first time.....it took me about 4 hours or so with hand tools some bolts were very hard to take out.... and after taking those bolts out my stock suspension is like stuck and wont slide out......i end up screwing over my abs sensors...... didn't read any write ups b4 hand.... but other then that ..... i didn't find it that difficult to work on the suspension.....two pairs of hands would be very helpful......
