how to remove "HARD" water spots from windows????
most of the windows on my acura have hard water spots from previous owner just letting water baked onto the glass. whats the easiest way to remove them? i try a razor blade and that didnt work too great. any solution or chemicals out there that would wipe it right off?

I had the same problem here, its especially noticeable if you have tint...get one of those sponges that are yellow with the green abrasive stuff on one side, every grocery stores sells them, they should be with the mops and cleaning stuff and some ammonia, worked great for me on 20% tiny you couldnt notice but you do have to put a little work into it.
i've just tried steel wool, razor blade, acid tone, and nail polish remover today. everything helps a tiny bite but not without alot of effort. i'm gonna search the web, there gotta be a product out there that will remove it simply.

steel wool will take off where the acetone fail short
trust me, my dd got some hardcore water spot, reducer, acetone, paint stripper, razor all fail.
get some fine steelwool and elbow grease, it will take down the bling bling if you throw in enough time.

the spots you see are not from hard water. if they where they would wipe off alot easier. unfortunately todays environment is very unforgiving on autoglass. the spots are caused by acid rain. the low acidity in the rain still causes this. it etches the surface of the glass causing a refraction of light. they are "there" but "arent" i work as a detailer and see this all the time on 5+ years and older cars. this is going to sound crazy but you can actually buff glass. i do it all the time using a dewalt cdm and a wool pad with light cut compound. just light cut the glass and use some sort of glaze over it and wipe down with good ol' sprayway glass cleaner. you will be surprised. if you do not have access to these things or do not have the skills i suggest going to your local "real" detailing place...no BS car wash joints. tell them what your looking for and if they know what they are doing it will take no time at all to have brand spank looking glass.
