no accord has pressed on rotors but the 90-97 Accords do have a trapped hub-over-rotor that locates the rotor behind the hub requiring you to remove the bearing/rotor/hub assembly to unbolt and remove the rotor from the hub.

what year accord do you have?
Depending on the year, some have said you can hammer it out the back and hammer the new one in with maybe part of the head ground down to clear the knuckle.
