Default PLEASE HELP...

ok well im sad!!! I got my block all put together and now it will not start. I pulled the ECU and turned it over a couple of times to start the brake in. Pluged it in and tried to turn it over and got nothing. So started checking for fuel and spark. First fuel, thought I might be low on gas so I put in 1 1/2 gallons. Still the same. Put it back on and and primed it, and on the gauge at the FPR only got up to 1 psi. When I start it i get nothing. ? So im lost. I still have stock fuel pump. Have not touched it. All the same fuel parts. same ECU. i changed the fuel filter less then 10K ago. any suggestion will be appreciated ( not sure of spelling, sorry) and tried. thanks in advance. its a D16Y8 same ECU, have not touched fuel pump (still stock), I have not touched any thing that will effect fuel just pulled the old motor and put new one in. replaced the fuel filter less then 10K ago...

Check for spark first, if you don't get spark, the injectors will not fire because there is no crank signal in which to base a pulse off of.

Is your fuel pump priming? Is the regulator any good? You should hear it whirr a bit when the key is one for the first two secs, when the CEL comes on, and then turns off.
