Default priming a h22 for initial startup after sittin up for a while???

I ordered a h22 from hmotorsonline that has obviously been sittin up for a while and was wondering if there is anyway to prime this motor before the initial startup? If no way to prime then what other procedures should I persue?

i know there's a slip of paper from hmotors that states what should be done..
clean the motor, change the plugs/wires and the cap and rotor, and i would changing the t-belt and waterpump.

And if you have a few spare minutes, and a 10mm allen, lean the engine to the EX. side ,remove the allen from the oil pump and pour in some oil.
