Default Disable O2 heater???

Will disabling my o2 sensor harm anything?? I am stuck with code 41, and replaced my O2 sensor, troubleshooted the hell out of it, and still the code will not go away. If it won't affect anything I will just send the chip to my tuner and have him disable it.

Disabling the O2 sensor or just the heater, your topic states something else than your text.

I bought a universal Bosch O2 for my GSR and had the same problem as you, couldn't get the damn code to go away. I left my heater wires unattatched and just concentrated on the important wires and everything is fine now without the heater wires going to anything.
