As written in the instructions, with the O2SIM installed place a 1K resistor between the two black heater wires to prevent a heater code when the O2 sensor is completely removed.

Amazing instructions tell you how to do stuff, I thought they were just to make you feel bad if ya cant read....I would never have guessed?

If you put the resistor in between the two black wires and you have the simulator hooked up correctly you shouldnt throw any codes. If you remove the sensor and dont put the resistor in then yes, you will throw a o2 heater failure code.
