Default 92 EG8 powerband inconsistent

ok so I have an EG8 with the D15B7, with 10mm racing wires, a stock honda throttlebody off of an H22a3, using an EX tranny, and with the manual rack n pinion instead of the crappy stock power steering, and for some reason, it now has a very inconsistent powerband.... like the power just drops off randomly around certain rpms, and sometimes it doesnt even do it at all... altho I do have 240xxx miles on the motor... does anybody have any ideas besides getting a new motor?

I've just put in new NGK ZFR5F-11 plugs, new cap n rotor, this time I bought em from honda, the fuel injectors are newer, and I've used lucas fuel injection cleaner stuff, ran B12 chemtool carb cleaner through the intake manifold while it was off, new gasket for that then, all new vacuum lines, did NOT use silicone tubing from autozone, but the real stuff, and new fuel filter, and I cant think of the other things, but I know I've done more, this is why its bugging me so much...

Feels like hesitation?

Its probably a bad or going MAP Sensor.

crap which one is the map sensor... I do know which is the IACV sensor, thats new too, but I'm pretty sure thats not going to affect this, since thats only 50 miles old, same with whichever sensor is on the bottom of the throttlebody...

no cel's. have not had one since I forgot to reconnect teh IACV a while ago when it had backed itself out.... and yea, if it is teh tps, I do have a few spares from the two other throttle bodies I have.... but I really hate cutting out those terminated screws that hold it on..
