at any Pepboys, Autozone orany other parts stores. I bought a 100 peice kit that had every type of bit you could think of, it was $9.95 at advanced auto parts. but a t-22?? I don't think I ever saw a t-22, a t-20 and t-25 yes but not a t-22? why would you need to dismantle the prop valve anyway?
and btw, the name of the bit you need is called a "security bit"

I have a set of those bits I got from a local MAC tool distributor, 50 piece set.
Wasn't cheap though. Are you sure you cant just unbolt it and gently bend the lines?
Thats the gist of it I got from k20a.org's thread, although i have never done it so don't quote me.
Try PM-ing some of the guys running k20s in efs' theres quite a few in here!!

Yeah, it has to be a t-20 or a t-25, there isn't a t-22. Any local autoparts stores should carry them. I also thought you unbolted it, and bent the lines.
no...its a T-22 because its labeled right on the prop valve itself and i've already tried t-20(too small) and t-25(too big) and it doesnt work........and Ive already bent the lines to where i need them, but wat i need to do is turn the bracket 180 degrees so i can mount it on the firewall...

according to the pic you showed in your first post, they didnt dismantle the prop valve to turn the bracket 180 degrees. they just turned it upside down. i can tell by the bracket and the way the bolt is coming up, not down. i doubt they even removed the lines off the prop valve. just flipped it over.
btw, harbor freight sells a really cheap securty bit set that will have the right bit to deal with that bolt. i warn you tho, the threads on the bolt are purposely mashed so they will ruin the threads once you remove them...

Northern Tool sells an assortment with various bits. The security bit you need is in it. I paid $10 for mine after searching all over town for it so i could flip that bracket.
