i have a 99si ecu and i went to put in in my 96 hx and the d port has no wires what do i do

just get an adapter harness if you want it to work i think boomslang makes one but why dont you just use an obd1 ecu if your going to o that route.

I have a 99si motor and trans and ecu in a 96 hx

I believe your going to have to find an ODB2b wiring harness for that motor, I have yet to see a adaptor harness due to the fact that nobody really uses OBD2 ecus. that is if they want to chip their ECU. I replaced my Y7 with a 00 D16y8 engine, trans, ECU, and engine wiring harness and I still have problems. Such as my fuel pump constantly primes and does not shut off while the key is in the on position, My back up lights do not turn on when reverse is engaged, my speedometer isnt working neither are my odometer or tripometer, The fan for my coolant radiator does not swhitch on at all when sitting still or mnoving and the car overheats if sitting still for to long, And I cant find out why I am throwing a CEL because the code reader will not link up to the ECU for some reason.
my advice to you is find a OBD2A integra or civic vtec ECU and use that or go with what these guys are telling you and swith the ECU to OBD1 and get the adaptor harness.

thrers no way in hell its gonna work with a sohc ecu on a dohc motor look in my sig and get a chiped p28 for 150 with all the goodies shiped and he sells jumpers 2
