it is a 96 honda hx wireing harness and a 99si b16a2 motor and trans and i dont no what to do about the 3 wires on the wireing harness to the 2 wires on the cps

If you're using the B16 ECU - and I hope you are - you should find a plug that fits the 2-wire crank sensor and run two new wires from the sensor to the ECU. Your other options are to try the 3-wire sensor from your HX or swap the harness for something that is compatible with the 2-wire.
