AC Bracket problem? JDM b16A VS USDM B16A Backet
i have heard by using del sol vtec ac bracket on b16a swap and i can use my d series ac set up.
but on my jdm b16a SiR II engine.it was pulled from a jdm del sol and the ac bracket comes with it.but i cant bolt the d series ac compressor on it?
is jdm del sol b16a ac bracket different to usa del sol b16a ac bracket?
what should i do to get the d series ac set up running on jdm b16a engine
it is so damn hot in summer day

Same here, I couldn't use a D series compressor with my B16A bracket. I had to find an alternative compressor.
Luckly a friend traded my Stock Civic compressor for a USDM 1994 LS compressor.
It fits the b series bracket fine, and with a little patience you can make the stock lines fit the new compressor.
Now I just need a B series AC tensioner and pully. (hint hint)

thats what i thought too.but the problem is .the del sol ac bracket comes with the engine (JDM SiR II) and d series compressor cant bolt on
i was wondering is jdm and usdm del sol ac brackets are different

That bracket does not work, as I recall only 2 or 3 of the bolts line up. The US Del Sol VTEC P54 bracket works, as it uses the same compressor as the D-series engines, just on a B engine.
