Default HELP! what to do?

Im trying to pull the engine out of my Rex, so I obviously need to remove the axels. Two problems- Cant get the axel nut to breakk loose (stupid thing, grr), and when I went to remove the castle nut from the ball joint I found that the cotter pin was broken, but still inside its little hole so I cant tak the nut off.
For the axel nut, should I putting some penetrating oil, or pouring Cola (I hear that breaks rust up) on it then try? What would somebody suggest for getting the rest of the cotter pin out?

breaker bar and long pipe. best friend or if you have a compressor like I do just impact that bitch of. and for the cotter pin spray some wd40 on it and stick a small allen wrench in it or something that will push it out

You may be able to get the castle nut off simply by trying to wrench it off. There may not be enough of the cotter pin left to hold the nut in place.
