Yeh, so I raced a 93 Z28 up to 3rd gear and lost by half a car. After being very pissed off and then busted by 3 Buffalo Grove cops (for the locals) and only getting a warning for drag racing (wtf, damn i'm lucky) I saw a DRAG 3 turbo in my future.

Now, what do I need to do to run 8psi safely and how many ponies will I push.

 

for 8psi i would get some kind of standalone engine management ... screw the fmu and inline pump.

at 8psi, i'd say with a good 3" exhaust you'd be around 260-270hp.

definately do ALOT of research before you dive into the turbo realm .. a little mistake here and there can mean a blown motor.
