My accord does not seem to be taching right. It tachs 2000 rpm in 5th gear, going 72 mph (which I know is correct because I timed it). I just don't think it seems right and the car feels and sounds more like it is taching 2700 - 2800 rpm or so (which I would expect). The needle does move and rise smoothly when I press the accelerator and always returns to about 800 rpm or so at idle. Any ideas...
