Has anyone done a self valve adjustment and ignition timing before??
Just wondering if anyone has done a valve adjustment and ignition timing job for themselves.
I have read the Hayes manual on adjusting Valves and Timing.
Its been over 3 years since these things were checked and adjusted by Honda($$$ never again), I want to do it this week.
Anyone have any warnings or comments they would like to add.
It looks relatively simple...
Should I be using the Helms manual for a more precise instructional aid?
Is it neccessary be using a special wrench to losen and turn the distributer to adjust timing?
Any help will be appreciated, Thank you

it is heaps easier on a d seires to adjust the valves,
make sure you dont set them any looser than they need to be!
