Are you talking about water/methanol injection?

Example: http://www.snowperformance.net/product.php?pk=31

yes, thank you for the link. i was wondering if it was only for cars with forced inducted setups or not. anyone have any opinion of doing this to a B16 with all bolt on mods and cams?

They make them for N/A cars, but its about the same performance gains as an intake. Maybe 7-8 hp gains. They are the same kits as for boosted applications, but use a throttle reed switch to activate, rather then a boost pressure switch. This means you only spray water/methanol at Wide Open Throttle.
