Default Problems Idling...

So I recently installed a throttle body spacer on my 92 honda civic dx 1.5 automatic. After all is said and done, I turned on the car and it started idling funny, it would fluctuate between 1000 and 1500. I cleaned the idle solenoid valve and it still does the same thing...any suggestions.

On the throttle body you can adjust the air flow by adjusting the screw
