no need for PM6's cheaper to mill the head .040"
You could run PM3's, would need to check valve clearance with the different location of the valve reliefs, That would be good for 11.7:1 compression.

stock sleeves
daily driver
must use pump gas (93)
another thing will this require a tune or will a stock ecu program work

So it's going to be an N/A daily driver? Or will you turbo it some day? The reason we're asking is because you actually want to lower compression if you're gonna boost it. If you're just looking to make a few extra horsepower and go N/A, that's different.

basically i was thinking about 11:1 but i don;t know wear that number came from
i just want max compression but still on pump gas
n/a daily driver i'd like to make some more ponies but i don't want to
compromise reliably because it's my only car
so to sum it up most ponies lest money but reliable on pump gas
what is the most compression you can run on pump gas?
and what is the most you can bore over on stock z6 block and sleeves
137000 miles

Well, the mileage won't matter on the block all that much since you'll be overboring (if you choose that route). But then realize that stock pistons won't fit, and you'll need something else.
Honda says not to go any more than 1mm over (or .040"). Personally, I don't want to go more than .5mm over, but I'm turbocharging it and going to be making around 300whp on a Z6. Just nice to have the extra strength. You're probably find with the 1mm over since I'm willing to bet you won't get over 160whp when all is said and done. Even that number's high, but it depends on your mods.
