looking for a good and trusted mechanic for increasing HP for my honda in Palo Alto, CA area
I believe I can start with adding cold air intake and exhaust combination to my '98 civic. I'm willing to spend about $400 max. open for comments/tips.

r u tryin to find sumone to install a intake an exhaust for u? trust me wen i say u can install a intake by urself with 1 hand. exhaust u can do urself if it will bolt up to ur car.. if weldin is required den go to a muffler shop.

Hey, I go to Sunnyvale all the time. 
If you get the intake, and pay me the rest of that $400, I'll meet up with you and put it on.
But seriously if you can't put an intake on by yourself, I will personally chase you out of Sunnyvale with a stick, lol.
