Icon5 Intake and exhaust suggestions

Hey everyone, first post! I have a stock del sol SI with 307,000+ miles on the odometer. My car is very, very slow, and I'm wondering how I can improve the acceleration? I'm thinking cold air intake, but I'm not sure if it's worth it, or what kind to get really.

So basically I'm trying to find a cold air intake that extends out behind the front bumper (preferably with a high-density plastic pipe) and a quiet performance muffler. I plan on using an intake cleaner and a mass airflow sensor cleaner when I install the intake. Also, any suggestions on improving acceleration in general would be just great. Thanks!

The FAQ sticky exists just for people like you. You really should read it, especially the two links in the bold, big, red text right at the top.

Hint: An intake and exhaust aren't going to do a damn thing for you. A good, complete tune-up, however, might.
