ok heres the deal I have a 1999 Integra Gsr, and i when my driving lights and interior light are on my lights aren't so bright but once I go to 3500rpms or above they brighten up, i have searched archived and many people have this problem but can't figure it out. Well I found one thing that could work and I heard if I clip the Altc pin on my harness by the ecu it will make me a run a steady voltage and it has worked on seems everyone who has done it. My question is where on my harness is the pinout for the ALT C? I also found that the Alt C is wire a19. Any help would be appreciated.
