How much are you burning? Do you see blue smoke? If you see smoke, is it when u start to accelerate from a stand still, or when your already moving? If it starts to smoke from a stand still it can be your vlave seals. If its smokeing while your driving it could be your rings.

Check your piston rings and your valve seals. When you do a compression test put just a bit of oil on the top of the piston. If your compression shoots up then your rings are bad. Happened to me. Now im the owner of an 81.5mm GSR Block w/ P30 pistons.

Interesting. I thought Honda only sold pistons in .25mm over sized. Dunno why they would sell .5mm over for B series when its clearly listed that the cylinder bore limit is 81.25mm in the Helm.

C'mon guys, compression test will not tell you how good the oil rings are sealing. Unless the cyl walls and pistons are scratched to hell then the compression will probably be normal. Valve seals never fixes oil burning issues, I have had people pay me to replace them only to continue having the same problem.

Your average B16A, B18c with some hard miles or neglect on oil changes is common to burn oil due to poor ring seal.
