Default Axle Shaft replacement: Which brand?

Car: 1995 Honda Civic Ex / Vtech / 5-speed / coupe

The passenger-side inboard joint boot is torn apart. About 4 years ago (40K miles ago) I had this same axle shaft replaced (Honda OEM part) because the outboard joint boot had torn apart and was causing a clicking sound when I made left-turns.

I know I have to replace the axle shaft again. Instead of getting a brand new OEM Honda part this time, I'm thinking of maybe an aftermarket axle shaft or a remanufactured Honda part. Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with the following brands? Or can anyone recommend a brand?

1) Brand new Honda OEM ($420)
2) Remanufactured Honda ($205)
3) A1 Cardone ($80)
4) Empi ($92)
5) Arc ($66)
6) CVU ($73)

OEM axles are $273 @ HondaPartsDeals.com, but you can get one for $70 at your local parts store with a lifetime warranty.

So, among aftermarket brands is there any difference in quality? (Napa, Cardone, Empi, Arc, CVU)

X2

After you turn in your core, you get like $40 back. Lifetime warranty is the best

yup, I replaced BOTH axles with autozone units and so far no issues, they fit fine.

NAPA, Auto Zone, or Shucks are fine.
