Default CTR installation in B16A: valve adjustment necessary?

I'm puttinga set of ctr cams into my boys obd0 b16a and was wondering if its necessary to adjust the valves or if we could just slap them in and go. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Burning a valve, breaking the cam on install, cam breaking on startup.

TIP: loosen off all adjusters when installing the cam... this reduces the bending stress on the cam. Tighten the cam caps evenly, all the way down.
