Default Motor not always starting/fading out on start up.

I have a 91 with a B16.

The problem is that the motor does not want to stay on; once in awhile. The motor will start for about a second and then fade out. And then if you try again it will not start and just crank. You have to give it time to cool "usually". This usually happens only when the motor is hot/just been driven. When cold it starts great.

With in the past 8 months I have changed the battery, starter, and dizzy(all due).
This past week I just installed new plugs and wires(they were due).

This is starting to get on my nerves

Thanks for any help you can give

Please Elaborate on "fade out"....I had a similar Problem with my 94 GSR......When we wired up the external coil we used to small of a gauge wire that connected to the ignition wire and it ended up causing to much resistance and melting the ignition wire inside the dizzy. It would drive fine then misfire and die out after it got too hot. Check all wiring and make sure all wires having to do with your ignition or firing are all good..

Fading out basically means it dies out. It never dies out once its running when hot just during start up. I'll look into my wiring.

smoovekriminal please let me know

Thanks

****I hate when my friend leaves his name logged in! lol

possibly bad o2, clogged cat, chipped ECU running too rich causing too much fuel squirting out when cranking, faulty main relay... just offering up some tips.

edit: sounds to me like there is tooo much fuel at start up. what ECU are you using?
