Default D15B, Would you swap a Y8 head on it?

Well a friend of mine asked me, if it's worth swapping a y8 head on his d15b. I was wondering if it would make a change, he has a D15B and wants to get the basics out.

Yeah yeah, calm down I know some smartass is going to come in here and say "BOOST" but thats LATER. not now, something for the meantime.

Yeah yeah, I know he has a i/h/e. Jeeeeez! I know that for faster in boost you use vitara pistons. I'm just asking would a D15B make a difference if a y8 head was to be swapped on it?

I'm not a D-series guy , but I'm pretty sure the JDM D15B has the best flowing head and most aggressive cam out of the D-series family.
