Too much Oil No VTEC???

just check my oil on my b16a2 and it was about a quart or a lil less overfilled. will this affect my vtec? i am also running the stock p2n ECU. and i dont here vtec kickin in at all. recomendations????

hmmmm...................never over filled one, but i know if you dont have enough then it wont work

i let about a quat out and still no vtec. could it be the ecu im running? the stockk HX one?
